WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

For over eight years, we’ve navigated the creative world, gaining invaluable lessons along the way—everything from mastering pricing strategies to understanding how to genuinely support our clients (and learning what doesn’t work). During this time, we’ve also stood by our community through its challenges: when budgets were tight, when in-person shopping wasn’t possible, and when business owners felt unsure about how to keep moving forward. These experiences, across many capacities, ultimately inspired the creation of Town + County Collective Inc.

Your community focused media agency

In 2020, we operated a creative rental studio in downtown Collingwood, where we partnered with local brick-and-mortar businesses to support their online presence. We offered to pick up products, bring them back to the studio, and create high-quality photographs for businesses to use online, ensuring they could continue engaging with their clients and followers during challenging times. It became our mission to find ways to sustain this community support, even if it meant working for free or at significantly reduced rates.

Fast forward to 2024, after starting our studio in December 2019, relocating to a new space in August 2021, and ultimately facing the difficult decision to close our doors. While our hearts were heavy and our spirits bruised, we refused to let go of our commitment to our community. Driven by a renewed determination to support fellow business owners in the same creative ways we had in 2020, Town + County Collective (T+C) was born. It emerged from the need to adapt, move forward, and continue connecting with our loyal customers and friends—past, present, and future.
